Important distinction: Ongoing memberships renew until cancelled. Finite coaching-program payment plans stop after the exact number of payments displayed at checkout.
1. What This Policy Covers
This Membership Purchase Policy applies to ongoing membership products offered by Her Inner Balance. It explains recurring billing, access, cancellations, failed payments, and related purchase terms.
Finite monthly payment plans for a coaching program are not ongoing memberships: they follow the specific number of payments and automatic expiry shown at checkout.
2. Review Before Purchase
Before placing an order, review the membership name, included benefits, billing frequency, current price, renewal terms, and any eligibility requirements displayed on the Services and Checkout pages. Completing checkout confirms that you selected the intended plan.
3. Start of Membership Access
Membership access normally begins after the first payment is successfully recorded and the order is accepted. Some benefits may require account setup, onboarding, scheduling, or completion of a prior coaching program.
4. Automatic Renewal Authorization
Unless a membership is clearly sold for a fixed term, it renews at the frequency displayed at checkout until cancelled. By purchasing, you authorize the connected payment provider to charge the saved payment method for each renewal.
Renewal dates may shift slightly because of payment processing, calendar length, time zones, or a failed-payment retry.
5. Prices and Changes
The price charged at purchase is shown at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, may be added. We may change future membership pricing or benefits by giving notice where required. A price change applies prospectively and does not alter charges already completed.
6. How to Cancel
You may request cancellation through your account where that option is available, or by emailing hello@herinnerbalance.com. Submit the request before the next renewal date to avoid another charge.
Unless applicable law or a written offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
7. Refunds
Because memberships may include immediate access to coaching time, resources, or digital benefits, completed charges are generally not prorated for unused time. Refund requests are reviewed according to the purchase description, services already delivered, payment-provider rules, and applicable consumer law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the order number so we can investigate.
8. Failed or Overdue Payments
If a renewal payment fails, access may be placed on hold while the payment provider retries or while you update the payment method. Unresolved balances may lead to cancellation. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion, or charges imposed by your payment provider.
9. Use of Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are personal to the purchasing customer and may not be transferred, resold, or shared unless the offer expressly allows it. Sessions, messages, downloads, and other benefits must be used within the applicable billing period and do not automatically roll over unless stated in writing.
10. Changes, Pauses, and Termination
Plan upgrades, downgrades, or pauses are available only when shown in the account or approved in writing. We may discontinue or modify a membership with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. We may terminate access for misuse, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or material policy violations.
11. Billing Questions
For cancellation, renewal, or billing questions, email hello@herinnerbalance.com and include the customer name and order number. Do not send full card details by email or chat.
